What is Reboot Tapping?
Reboot Tapping is acupressure that uses the same acupuncture points as traditional Chinese acupuncture that is over 5000 years old. It engages the mind and the body at the same time. You get the same results through a series of taps on acupuncture points on your face and body with your fingertips. There are no needles involved and it is a do-it-yourself technique. Once learned, you will literally have this tool at your fingertips for the rest of your life!
Unlike other techniques, since you’re speaking directly to your body and not your mind, you don’t have to believe it will work in order for it to work. You can remain completely skeptical and still get great results!
Reboot Tapping addresses the emotional and self-limiting beliefs embedded in the subconscious mind as memories. Memories dictate, by default, your response to any experience in life. By changing the way you feel you change your mind’s perception, and by changing your mind’s perception you update your memories. The result is permanent and long-lasting and will change the way you respond to any situation. Reboot Tapping works on emotional* and physical issues.
Does it Hurt?
No! Reboot Tapping disrupts the data flow from the mind to the body and forces a dialog between the two to make changes. Tapping allows you to safely, gently and quickly change the way you feel about your habits, feelings, sensations and emotions and alter them for a different outcome. Tapping on a memory, which is anything that is not happening right now, disrupts the natural progression, giving you the opportunity to alter the outcome and effectively upgrade and reboot. Once the connection has rebooted with the new information the body now receives the new and improved instructions and it is as if the old ones never existed.
